Lubricating System

Engine Lubrication System

Lubrication system is the most important system for the operation of an engine.

By reducing the friction between the parts of the system and reducing the payments, reducing the operating noise, reducing the deadness of the parts and many other important functions are performed by this system

     1. Lubricating oil pump

It contributes to maintaining the flow of the lubricating oil in the system and is connected to the rotating part of the engine. Divided into several types based on function.

      2. Steiner

Lubricating oil in the engine sump enters the system through this, and if there is any lubricating blood and any metal part, it is prevented from entering the system.

      3. Relief valve

This maintains a proper pressure in the lubricating blood that travels throughout the system and in the event of an unexpected increase in pressure in the system, the lubricating oil is directed back to the engine oil sump.

       4. Oil filter

Along with the lubricating oil that travels through the system, there are very fine metal parts and these metal parts are stored and the lubricating oil is kept clean and these are classified according to the way they are manufactured.

✔️The functions of several important parts for the basic functioning of a lubrication system are described above and these are designed very differently in today's cars.  But as mentioned above this basic function can be observed even in those complex systems....
